We keep our Friday quiet — for prayer, family and rest. Every other day, the espresso machine is on by 8 AM.

Cavalier began with a simple idea: a calm corner of Al Rayyan where a cup of coffee is treated like it matters. Our espresso is pulled to order, our pastries are baked through the morning, and our mojitos are shaken with real fruit and fresh herbs.

We sit at the edge of the Qatar Equestrian Federation — a quiet pocket of the city, popular with riders, students and anyone who wants to slow down for an hour.
